This apartment is one of the studio’s early projects, developed with a clear objective: to create a comfortable and inviting living space within a limited budget, intended for rental use. Rather than focusing on abstract elements, the design approach was simple and practical—aimed at achieving balance, warmth, and functionality.
Practical Design with a Personal Touch
Working with a restricted budget required thoughtful decision-making at every stage. Materials, furniture, and finishes were selected for their accessibility and durability while maintaining a clean and cohesive aesthetic. The goal was to create a space that feels complete, without unnecessary complexity. A neutral base is complemented by darker accents and soft lighting, creating a calm and уютен (cozy) atmosphere.
The living and dining areas are combined into a single flexible space, allowing for both relaxation and daily activities. Furniture is carefully scaled to maintain openness while providing all necessary functions. The bedroom follows the same principle—simple, calm, and designed for rest.
This project reflects an important part of the studio’s journey—demonstrating that even with limited resources, thoughtful design can create spaces that are functional, welcoming, and genuinely livable.
