This project represents one of the studio’s early works—an apartment designed with a clear constraint: a limited budget and a focus on rental use. The goal was not to create a statement interior, but to achieve a space that feels welcoming, functional, and easy to live in.
Simple Living, Thoughtfully Designed
Working within a tight budget required a careful and practical approach. Every decision was guided by efficiency—selecting materials, furniture, and finishes that are accessible, durable, and visually balanced.
A neutral base is complemented by warm accents to create a comfortable and inviting environment. Soft textiles, natural wood tones, and subtle decorative elements bring life to the space without adding unnecessary cost. The layout is organized to make the most of a limited footprint.
As a rental apartment, durability and ease of maintenance were key considerations. The design avoids overly specific stylistic choices, creating a neutral and adaptable environment that can appeal to a wide range of users.
