This project was developed as a seasonal apartment for summer use, with a focus on achieving a refined and inviting interior within a controlled budget. The design approach emphasizes a light and contemporary atmosphere, combining warm neutral tones with soft textures to create a sense of comfort and relaxation. The open-plan layout integrates living, dining, and kitchen areas into a cohesive and efficient space, suitable for short-term stays.
Cost-effective materials were carefully selected to maintain visual quality while ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. Integrated lighting, clean lines, and subtle detailing enhance the spatial experience without adding unnecessary complexity. The result is a calm and functional interior, designed to feel welcoming during summer stays while remaining practical and adaptable for rental use.
